System glitch caused delay for my shuttle service pick up but, besides that everything went very well. Very disappointed with customer service this time. Dropped my vehicle off first thing in the morning and never recieved an update or courtesy call related to issue they were checking. When I finally got a hold of some one the next morning he became argumentative with me as I wad trying to figure out what was going on. good experience. Gamble was very helpful Went in for Facebook special. Oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. 2003 Expedition with a lot of miles.
