good experience. Gamble was very helpful Went in for Facebook special. Oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. 2003 Expedition with a lot of miles. Unacceptable service The place was like a zoo. I had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation which was to include a car wash which once again was not done and took The place was like a zoo. I had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation which was to include a car wash which once again was not done and took over two hours. I had signed up online and was supposed to be getting the $29.95 special but when I got ready to finally check out, they tried to charge me over $50.00. I did get the bill reduced by $10.00. It is totally unacceptable when I had an appointment to have to wait this long. More
