He also gave me the assurance that if the problem occurred again it would be addressed again. Straight shooter, made sure the work got done to my fleet and orchestrated work on my personal vehicles...very trustworthy! My issue is with the car service area. My wife’s 2015 Mustang had been starting perfectly and did so Thursday morning to go to work. No battery issues, starter drag EVER. She went to start the car to go to lunch and nothing. I had her check headlights, interior lights, instrument cluster, radio etc...and all powered up as always. It was clearly something electronic and NOT the battery! Had it towed to Coggin Ford and I got a call saying the battery was shot, wouldn’t take a charge, terminals were corroded and there was a crack in the battery. Even claimed the corrosion had travelled UP the harness! Total xxxxxxxx! If this were true the battery would have had to die and crack and loose acid in the 15 minute wrecker ride to their shop! Let’s just say if it were a Category 4 hurricane and they said it was raining outside I’d have to go to the window and confirm! I paid almost $400.00 for an unnecessary battery including $160.00 to clean out the windshield washer hose! You read that right $160.00 to CLEAN OUT NOT REPLACE a windshield washer hose! I could go into more detail about a previous similar experience but I won’t. I’ll end by saying next go round it’s somebody...anybody else but these clowns! More

Did the filler neck on the dealership. Service advisor Terry was on point making sure communication is open and answered all my questions Via Text. Spent almost $800 for a neck filler came back and my car Terry was on point making sure communication is open and answered all my questions Via Text. Spent almost $800 for a neck filler came back and my car was parked with bird feces , at least could’ve gave the car a wash. Expecting better customer service would’ve been nice if they showed us what’s the filler neck, where was it installed etc. basically came there, paid, gave me my car keys, said it was on the parking lot. Thats it. Maybe better off next time trying other establishment. More
