I’m incredibly frustrated and disappointed with the experience my teenage daughter had while purchasing her first car at Coggin Ford Jacksonville. While I fully acknowledge that she made an impulsive and uninformed decision, I would have expected more from a dealership that claims to prioritize customer care and integrity. As a business, it's not just about making a sale—it’s about showing professionalism and ensuring that your customers, especially young and inexperienced ones, are making well-informed decisions. Instead of guiding her through what should have been a positive, educational experience, the dealership took advantage of her lack of knowledge. It’s disheartening to think that a company we trusted would allow such an opportunity to turn into a negative learning experience for my daughter. Parents, please be vigilant when your teens are making big financial decisions, especially with businesses like this. It's been a hard lesson for us, and I hope others can avoid a similar situation. Businesses like Coggin Ford Jacksonville should do better and live up to the trust we place in them. More
Mr. Raspberry was very nice and extremely helpful he did his best to get us what we need, but Mr. Raspberry's Manager did not close the deal and actually offended us with his $ 300 discount on a manual jeep his best to get us what we need, but Mr. Raspberry's Manager did not close the deal and actually offended us with his $ 300 discount on a manual jeep that will be sitting in his lot for a while! We had a great visit, at the dealership yesterday, August 13, 2024. We were pleasantly greeted by sales consultant C Raspberry we let him know we were in the market for a 2024 F150 but just looking at the t 13, 2024. At first I was hesitant being that this dealership was 400 miles away, but Eric Redding was transparent on all the numbers. After speaking with him I decided to make the trip. Eric Redding is a genuine person who made the process so easy. I got a great deal. No pressure tactics, no nonsense add ons or things that have no value to customers. This is the way purchasing a vehicle should be! It was nice to see a sales representative that had product knowledge on what they were selling. Eric Redding definitely represented Coggin Ford and the Ford brand on a higher level. Overall great feeling from start to end. Also, Darlene Tomline in finance was a pleasure to deal with. She takes pride in what she does to make sure you get the best rates and choices that add value for the customers best interest. She’s goes through everything with you step by step. I highly recommend Coggin Ford in Jacksonville! More

Worst experience ever with customer service from new vehicle sales to service. Purchased a new F-150 which had a cracked windshield (which we noticed the night from returning from purchase). Was told b vehicle sales to service. Purchased a new F-150 which had a cracked windshield (which we noticed the night from returning from purchase). Was told by salesman that new windshield order 2 days after purchase. 2 weeks after spent literally the best part of the day being transferred, hung up on, promised call backs, etc. Finally informed by the new vehicle manager (2nd one I spoke w/ in a week that had no idea) the windshield was never order. When windshield was in, they set appointment with service through service manager for 7:30am. Show up at service at 7:30 am, my allotted time, no one has any idea why I am there. Asked to speak w/ service manager and was told she doesn't work this early. This dealership as a serious lack of communication, with not only customers, but with their internal group and departments. I strongly recommend checking all the dealer's ratings and reviews prior to purchasing a vehicle or services here. I learned the hard way!!! BTW it took over a month to get my windshield replaced and would definitely have taken much longer if I hadn't continually followed up. Also, during the first 2 weeks I started getting a Trailer Brake Fault warning and blinker indicators began flashing extremely fast. Was informed by service department at this dealership that I would have to leave my vehicle for 3-5 days for them to determine the reason for the issue. Called another dealership who promised to repair same day. A brand-new truck and I was asked to leave for 3-5 days is ridiculous. Also, they take your credit card for a loaner, and have you sign and check off a dozen things you agree to such as paying for the gas you use and limiting the loaner to 100 miles a day and you have to pay for extra mileage (I live 60mi. round trip from dealer) or you do not get a loaner. You are only a number for their bottom line and literally do not care what happens after you purchase your vehicle. BEWARE More
