This has been the worst car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I’ve bought vehicles from many different dealerships before, and I have never had this many problems, especially within just one month of owners had. I’ve bought vehicles from many different dealerships before, and I have never had this many problems, especially within just one month of ownership. The car was sold to me in poor condition. The windows do not work, the belt is faulty, and shortly after purchase I was told the vehicle needed major services that clearly should have been done before it was sold. These include a coolant flush, brake fluid exchange, complete fuel system service, and rear differential service. On top of that, I was charged to fix these issues even though I had only owned the car for a month. How do you sell a car without properly servicing it and then expect the customer to pay for problems that already existed? This shows a serious lack of honesty and responsibility. I trusted this dealership to sell me a reliable vehicle, and instead I was left dealing with multiple mechanical and electrical issues almost immediately. This is by far the worst dealership experience I have ever had. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
My daughter went to the service dept because the brakes were faulty on her 2024 bronco. They sent her home in an uber said they were out of loaners. Had an amazing purchase of a new Ford Maverick at Coggin Ford, from the moment i walked in and was greeted by Robert Andrews, then Clarence Rasberry, Sales Consultant, who patiently walked the lot allowing Ford, from the moment i walked in and was greeted by Robert Andrews, then Clarence Rasberry, Sales Consultant, who patiently walked the lot allowing me to check out several models, and of course, went back to the very first one! But at least we got some steps in!! Mr. Rasberry was the ultimate sales professional, no bologna, patient, helpful and professional. Felt like i walked out of Coggin with a new truck, and a new friend!! Would be remiss if i didn't give thanks to the Finance Director Darlene Tomline for a masterful job of explaining and dishing out a passel of paperwork, sending me out with everything i needed, including a "Coggin Swag Bag" that she and Mr. Rasberry gave out AND the lovely purple file folder full of paperwork, which she could see that an old guy needed in order to keep up with it all! In Short, amazing, easy, pleasant experience in purchasing this really cool 2025 Maverick, and a wonderful group of folks who made the experience super!! More
