We had time around this store at least 7 hours and have our lunch break. We have given lot of thought regarding for 1st test drive on Fit Sports and feel not right due to that fact have almost same another SUV Nissan Rogue. So I decided to go another test drive for CR-Z Hybird EX with GPS Nav. Mr. Liska saw me with happy face smile that is what I felt good abt it as great fuel saving gas with this Hybird 39 HWY and 35 City. It was about time to get rid of my 2005 Mitsubishi Endeavor which is not great on saving gas 15/19. The price is great for trade-in and additional 8 years full warranty plan less than 22 thousands. I attempted to arrange this new car purchase online by getting pricing from coggin and another local dealer. I accepted the price quoted and tried to have the car ready when I arrived so I could sign and getting pricing from coggin and another local dealer. Instead, upon my arrival, I was told that the actual price would be 1195 more due to the second sticker on the car. This sticker has less than 200 dollars worth of accesories that were being sold at 1195. wheel locks, mud flaps, nitrogen in the tires and a trunk mat.Never wher ethe prices of these items disclosed individually. Then the questions about the other dealers price quote started. I showed the quote through my phone to the sales "manager". then they wanted a copy. The dealer ended up removing the equipment from the car, leaving holes where the mud flaps were, and took the nitrogen out of the tires. The tire were severly underinflated at delivery,this is a car that was for my daughter. This situation was ugly and deceptive. I recall past experiences at Coggin and will never step foot on the property again. I expected them to honor the quote they gave me, but there is no honor there. They gave me a certificate for an oil change, but who would ever let folks like these touch their car?? More
