Andrew was very courteous on a previous visit when we were looking at possibilities for a car for my son. When it was time to buy we saw the car type that we wanted at this dealership. This was the worst experience I ever had with a sale person. I have talked over the phone with one of the managers (Allan Ragunt) to get the total price of a car I wanted to purchase (Honda Civic, Cert person. I have talked over the phone with one of the managers (Allan Ragunt) to get the total price of a car I wanted to purchase (Honda Civic, Certified car) and asked him to email me the price in order to know if I can afford to buy it. Knowing the price, I decided to go buy it. When I got to the dealership, the sale person Addona Thurmond told me that that's not the price because the manager "forgot" to put another $950 for certification. After I've told her that's a made up thing and asked her to contact the manager that gave me that price over the phone and email, she decided to go ask another manager what to do. Obviously that was an intimidating strategy. Finally, when she saw that I can't be "fooled" she kind of gave up on that unreasonable extra $1,000. The whole buying process was based on intimidation. I did not receive a booklet of the used certified car I bought, and therefore couple of days later I've asked for it. Till today, I did not receive it. Every time I call Coggin Delland Honda nobody is responsible for their actions. I was put on hold (for at least 30 min) and transferred from a person to another without getting any help. I left messages and nobody returned my calls.None of the managers called me back and tried to solve the issues I have except Louis Touris who at least listened and promised to solve the problems ASAP. The managers avoid to deal with their employees' mistakes. It has been 14 days (2 weeks) since I bought the car and I am still waiting for them to send the paperwork to the DMV in NC in order to be able to get a tag or, at least to let me know what's going on. I am very disappointed with their services and professionalism. More

Barry Stadtler is a great salesman. This is the third car we've purchased from him! He's honest and forthright. He answered every question we had. I have never purchased a car before. I just moved to Florida, to Deland, and know very little about cars. When I finally met him, I felt like I knew him and knew he would not only give me the right price, but would not let me leave the lot unless I understood everything about my car. I felt quite silly--since I'd never owned a car before I did not even know where to begin asking questions!--but Chuck was not judgmental and told me everything I needed to know. He also introduced me to "my" service guy, made sure Matt Mink would walk me through all the paperwork, and followed up both at the dealership and later by phone. I love my car--but I also love knowing that should something go wrong, I know where to call. I was really nervous about buying a car, and Chuck made it very easy.
