Andrew was the best salesman I have ever had. My wife and I went in looking for a used car for my kids and came out with a new car for us. He was not push but very courteous and knowledgable. although I had researched the Honda Accord Hybrid, I had not intended to buy the car on my visit to the dealership. The salesman, Andrew Russo stayed with us throughout the entire experience even offering us hot chocolate, as it was getting late in the evening. The entire sales and financing staff were courteous, not "pushy" and allowed us to make a decision to buy the car without feeling pressured. I would recommend this dealership to my friends if they were purchasing a car - and I live 30 miles away. I've had the car for a week and really enjoying getting 42mpg so far. More

He acted pleased and excited to me again and was so happy to help me out. He gave me his number for any other questions I might have and I ended up coming back to him again a week later and buying the accord. Barry was great. He took his time to explain all the features the car has. We come to the dealer to buy one car and we left the dealer with two cars. As a side note, the facility is quite nice- state of the art- there really isn't much that Honda hasn't thought of. There are details that are tended to from every aspect. Waiting areas stocked with vending machines as well as complimentary snacks, coffee, and water, a tv for entertainment and quiet spaces for waiting or using a laptop or telephone, an impressive service facility that seems to run very efficiently (no unnecessary waiting etc.) Top notch all around.
