Our experience with Ozzie was also very informative and we greatly appreciated his patience and thorough responses to our questions. He knows his job well and he also did not pressure us to choose anything we didn't want or need. We got to visit the service center also and we are very impressed with the cleanliness and pleasant attitude of the staff there. We would highly recommend Coggin Honda in Deland, FL!
