Josh answered our questions professionally, he represented Coggin Honda quite well. He showed pride and confidence in the product he was selling. Mr. Greene was very informative and pleasant and encouraged us to do our own research and to return the next day without pressure to buy on the spot. We expected a good deal and we got one! Our experience with Ozzie was also very informative and we greatly appreciated his patience and thorough responses to our questions. He knows his job well and he also did not pressure us to choose anything we didn't want or need. We got to visit the service center also and we are very impressed with the cleanliness and pleasant attitude of the staff there. We would highly recommend Coggin Honda in Deland, FL! Even though it is farther for us to travel to for our on-going maintenance or service needs, we will probably make the drive if we continue to feel as welcome and supported as we did these past two days. Relatively painless Car buying can be an ordeal; when you have to replace a totaled car, it is an ordeal.
