Long time service user buying new car I bought my last Honda in 2003 from DeLand Honda and have brought it back to be serviced for the past 12 years. Eventhough I live in Winter Park, it I bought my last Honda in 2003 from DeLand Honda and have brought it back to be serviced for the past 12 years. Eventhough I live in Winter Park, it is no effort to make the drive as I am always greeted like a long lost friend. Everyone at the dealer ship is professional, courteous, and friendly, no pressure at all. Lee Crestman is a great service manager and I have been dealing with him for years. Don Ramme has been especially helpful. Once I bought my new 2015 Honda, Alberto (Tito) Maymo was especially diligent in showing me all the fun extras in the car. This was no walk in the park, as I am Technologically inept! The whole buying process was seemless start to finish. More

Very informative My car felt like it was idling to high, so I took it in to the dealership and was greeted by a wonderful lady, sorry bout good with names. She took my car for a ride a told me it sounds great but that it needed oil change and tire rotation. She explained to me how often I should get one and all the maintenance that my car needs throughout the year. She put things nice and simple and made it easier for me to understand. She was GREAT. They serviced my car quickly and even washed my car for me. My sales guy even say me and came up to say hello and see how everything was going. I really do like this Honda dealership in Deland. The time finally came to visit the dealerships in-person. After a very disappointing and dishonest experience at the first dealership we visited, we called Douglas Maloney at Coggin Deland Honda and told him we were on our way. Greeted at the door by the nicest "greeter" in the world named Philip, I was impressed by the cleanliness and calm atmosphere inside. Meeting Douglas for the first time face-to-face, he made us feel very comfortable with his courteous and non-pressured "got-to-have-a-sale" approach. After negotiating awhile he was extremely patient and helpful in getting us the vehicle we wanted with the best OTD price. My wife and I were very happy. He went above and beyond in assisting us, making sure everything was taken care of before we left the lot in our new vehicle. Great service. Great job, Douglas! More
