Amazing, honest, expediant I came to this dealership after being told by another dealership( where I purchased my car) told me the recalled part for my passenger side airbag wou I came to this dealership after being told by another dealership( where I purchased my car) told me the recalled part for my passenger side airbag wouldn't be available till the end of summer. I called Honda American and they told me parts for my vehicle were available, just check other dealers. I called Coggin. They not only returned my call promptly, but told me they could order the part and it would be available in 24-48 hours! They called me within a day to set up an appointment to have the airbag replaced! When i brought it in they were kind, professional, and helpful! Dallas saw that my SRS light wasn't functioning properly and ordered a new belt to fix it! The other dealership wanted $50 to " diagnos" the problem! I also appreciated the fact that I wasn't hounded to have other services done! In conclusion, when I am ready to buy my next Honda I will purchase it from Coggins! More

I'm a tech guy and was well educated about the pricing and value of my trade and was previously only offered me 1/2 of KBB trade in value. We walked away shaking our heads. We decided to look at vans again a year later and had a great experience with Coggin. Vlad, John, Woody and all the management worked together to help us out. The had to get the car from St. Augustine to make the deal work and went above and beyond on everything. We feel we paid a fair price and received a fair price on our trade. Vehicle was delivered in perfect condition. Very positive experience and I'm glad that we gave them another shot. More

No high pressure sales tactics at this dealership. I was actually in the parking lot of another Honda dealer getting ready to negotiate my deal and I received a call from Gwyn Nieves. After several minutes on the phone he convinced me to drive to Coggin Deland and give them a chance to beat the deal of two other dealers that I was working with and sure enough they beat the deals respectively and not by just a couple hundred dollars but several hundred. When we arrived we were met by Ricky Forero and what a very nice and professionally looking sales specialist. Within 20-30 minutes the negotiation of the deal was completed. During the negotiation Kevin St Louis ,New Car Sales Manager" stopped by and stated that he was so confident in "the deal" that he was sending a driver to go pick up the vehicle from another dealer that we wanted. After the deal was completed Doug the General Manager came over and introduced himself and wanted to thank us for dealing with Coggin Deland Honda. We then met with the Finance Manager, Tunde Aluko , and he explained all of our finance options and completed our deal. Every employee from the Receptionist to the General Manager and all the sales staff were just awesome to deal with.
