Customer service I purchased a vehicle from this dealership 2 years ago. Last week, I traded the vehicle to another dealership and I went to Coggin Deland Honda to fil I purchased a vehicle from this dealership 2 years ago. Last week, I traded the vehicle to another dealership and I went to Coggin Deland Honda to fill out the paperwork to cancel my extended warranty and the gap. When I spoke with the finance manager, Tunde Aluko he was very rude and it felt like he did no want to help me at all. This is the same person who was very nice and energetic when I was at the dealership to purchase the vehicle. If this is his attitude towards your past customers, I'm glad I did not return to purchase another one. Did the attitude change because I went there not to purchase a vehicle at this time? I don't want this individual to get into trouble, but if you pride in your customer service, you should treat everyone the same regardless of their business. With that, I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Many friends and neighbors suggested models and makes to look at. We decided on a Honda due to it's resale value. We had a budget not be exceeded and Coggins had the car we wanted. The entire experience from beginning to end was professional, reassuring, and fair. I would tell everyone I know to shop there. !! More

Huge thanks to everyone at Coggin Deland Honda who helped us with our purchase of an 08 GMC Acadia. Christian and Vladimir were both very professional, and patient salesmen who stayed late to ensure we were happy but MOST IMPORTANTLY, Roman Byczek (General Sales manager) and Jay Golsten (Service Manager) worked hard to make sure we were happy with our purchase in the weeks to follow. During our test drive we had an airbag warning flash on the dash but due to the service department being closed we were not able to have that addressed at that moment but they were quick to take care of it at our earliest convenience. I will be sure to check their stock again next time I need a vehicle. More

They Lied We test drove a 2016 exl accord sticker price just over $29,000.00. We came back a few days later to get a price for our trade and try to make a deal We test drove a 2016 exl accord sticker price just over $29,000.00. We came back a few days later to get a price for our trade and try to make a deal on the car. It took almost 30 min to finally have them present the deal. The deal ( we got $10,000.00 when we traded our car in at another dealer) was $26,000.00 plus our trade or $36,000.00 out the door. for a car that listed just over $29,000.00. So, I looked at the paper with the deal on it, the list price was now $32,000.00 . When I asked the salesman said, " it should have had a second sticker on it" My wife and I got up and walked out before we got to the door the sales manger had lowered the price by $6000.00 . Steer clear! This is simple bait and switch. More

Horrible car buying experience Mr. Button needs to buy a new calculator. We agreed on a price as follows: I have 7134 cash which will be 6000.00 down and 1134.00 pays all fees. My t Mr. Button needs to buy a new calculator. We agreed on a price as follows: I have 7134 cash which will be 6000.00 down and 1134.00 pays all fees. My trade in allowance of 4500.00 which equals a total price I will pay for vehicle 11,634.00. We shook hands and I bought this car. After 4 hours and after signing numerous papers I finally say enough now, where my final figure and I get a breakdown that says I need 11,634.00 CASH. Really? What happened is beyond us. I had an awesome salesman Steven and he too has no idea where Mr. Button came us with this calculation. Further disappointing is that the Manager never came and said " what happened here and can we fix it? They shook our hands and backed out. My salesman Steven S was an awesome sales person and he too felt our frustration. Would never recommend this dealership. More

My mind blanks ( I apologize completely) on the Awesome mechanic's name that is so wonderful with the accessible mechanics of our van, but he is also, like Lee --- a true God send! With out these two guys our life in the world of travel with our Honda Odyessy would be very scary for me as a woman to take to a dealer. I can go to Lee, hand him the keys and know the right job, at a reasonable price will be done, with my permission and only as needed! No issues!! Ahh, take a relaxation break! More
