Meet all my wants and exceeded I had been looking for a Pilot for about 3-4 months. Had gone and seen 4 local dealerships in area, and they all were either trying to change my mind I had been looking for a Pilot for about 3-4 months. Had gone and seen 4 local dealerships in area, and they all were either trying to change my mind to pick a 2018 or a different color, since that's what they had in stock. At Coggin, "MAC" got what I wanted which was a 2019 Pilot Touring with black interior, black rims, foot stepper and had couple other items (door guard, roof rails, splash guards, and door visors). All for the price i was looking at. Other places had gave me excuses they can't get this or that, or they were added it on the top of the price for all these accessories. Already waiting for 2019 CRV to come out so i can return to do business with them. More

Great experience buying my first new car! From the minute we walked up to the door Ken Strachan greeted us kindly and said what can I help you with today? He sat and chatted with us about what we were looking for and what our expectations were for a new minivan. He got us the keys and we were off test driving within a few minutes which is what I was hoping would happen. I hate pushy salesmen that talk you to death and wait forever to show you cars! Ken was knowledgeable and friendly and got us outside looking at vans right away! Ken walked us through the paperwork and buying process and we negotiated a deal we were happy with! The Coggin Honda dealer in Deland is a bit far from my house and there are closer Honda dealers to deal with by our house but my in laws bought their van through them so I figured why not?
