The car I bought was lower in mileage and price than the same model and trim that other dealers were selling in the greater Orlando area. While I would have liked a lower price, overall (I mean really, who wouldn't 🤣) Christian and Phillip in finance worked with me to make the payments fit my needs as best as they could, and they were able to get me a lower interest rate than I was originally quoted. Bob broke down how their price was the lowest, showed me the comparisons from other Honda dealers in the area, and explained how much value I would be receiving if I purchaed from Coggin in Deland. Plus....they have the most awesome coffee machine I have ever seen at a car dealership, no joke. More

He took time and we connected my iphone to the car and showed me all the features. I would definitely recommend doing business with Coggins and have Isaac help you. After I purchased the car he even offered to come to the dealership on Sunday if needed (although that was his off day) to hand me the vehicle. Fortunately this wasn't necessary because they were able to find and ship my car the day before. That's less than 24h after I placed the order!!! Great job! More

The best customer service all around hands down! I came to Deland Honda November 2017 and found thought to be dream car. During the time apart I worked really hard and paid over $10k in debt off but I still had my auto loan which i was currently upside down in. Well I decided I give it another try. I originally found that same dream car but at a Honda location 2.5 hours away. I came in to deland to meet,back up with Christian A and he was helping another client on,the phone so i decided to go walk around outside while he finished up. Well after a few cars i came across a 2017 Honda Civic Touring,which before i even looked into the car, test drove it, picked out a name for it, i knew that car would be mine. This car once itest drove it I was even more excited to bring,it home. Well once we started talking numbers i thought to myself, great here we go again, my dream car will be taken away because my credit wasn't the best and I can only afford so much of a car payment. Well my hero's came through and they got me at a price that i can do and I couldn't have been more greatful for everything they did to make this happen. I work so hard , at even one point i worked 7days a week and just couldn't see the light at the end of the tunnel. But by far, this is the best dealership of all time and i will not,go anywhere else .thank you Christian and deland honda! More

Not only is he great to work with, but his pleasant and caring nature put you at ease during what is considered stress and agony times 100 (buying a car!). Bravo! The dealership has a wide variety of cars to choose from. We just purchased a 2018 Accord Touring. As Isaac explained the functions of the car, I felt I was in the cockpit of a jet, not a car. Then came the ride. Smooth as silk. The car has more safety devices than you can believe. Every senior should be driving a car like this that helps you assimilate more of what is happening around you. I was very pleased at closing. Bashoi (spelling) gave us the courtesy of not strong arming us. He helped us get a great rate, sold us the extras we valued, not the ones he wanted to push. I’d like to thank Joseph Awad for being such a great negotiator. While it was tense at times, it was actually fun. I had done my homework at Edmunds and Kellys before so I knew what to pay, etc. When you get to Coggins Deland, go right to Isaac, first desk on the left, and tell him Such-A-Deal-Steve sent you. (That’s my nickname.) PS Their maintenance dept is great. Just tell them you want a better deal and they’ll work with you. More

Best experience we’ve had!!!! Isaac zawolo was very knowledgeable about everything! He took his time showing us and what’s best, teaching us how to use all the technology features Isaac zawolo was very knowledgeable about everything! We had already seen the car before at a different location but, we didn’t like the service and although we drove the car, were not sure. With Isaac, on the other hand, we didn’t even see any other cars. We did all the paperwork fast but took our time getting familiar with our purchase. I must however say that Christian was the most patient and kind sales person I’ve ever met in the 30 years I’ve been buying cars. I asked to see four different cars he said no problem, showed me all four cars, I asked what the different trim levels were he knew all the information about every single car and all their differences. Needless to say I was very impressed. The manager Ed was honest and upfront with everything he said while we were negotiating a price. There are no hidden fees or games being played at this dealership! Even though this dealership is an hour and a half away from my home I will gladly drive to them anytime I need a vehicle or have a friend who needs a vehicle. Simply said they are just that good.
