Christian and the Coggin Honda dealership must need hearing tests performed. When I went into the dealership I told him what I was looking for; he didn't tell me he had none, yet showed me a different hearing tests performed. When I went into the dealership I told him what I was looking for; he didn't tell me he had none, yet showed me a different year than what I went in for.Each time I reminded him he would tell me "ok I'll take care of it" - I'm still waiting... I have had issues with the vehicle and each time I asked about them I am put through a myriad of nothing less than a run around. I call for service and they transfer the calls to Christian. So maybe Christian is not only a salesperson but your mechanic also! After the 4th or 5th time I asked about the referral for the person who recommended me to Honda, Christian told me via text that maybe next time I bought a car off him I could get a referral for the person who recommended I go to Coggin Honda. REALLY Christian do you think I would ever recommend you to ANYONE after the treatment I've gotten? I've also spoken twice to Bob Bunton, his manager who PROMISED to correct the issues and left a message with Christian to give Bob that I'm still waiting...nothing. So here I sit with a 2021 Hybrid Accord and no service! I'm thinking Honda of North America would love to know how their customers are treated! More

Goggin honda deland did not comply as promised I will try to keep it short. 1.I bought a 2016 pre-owned certified Accord for my daughter in May 2020. During the purchase process the sales person, J I will try to keep it short. 1.I bought a 2016 pre-owned certified Accord for my daughter in May 2020. During the purchase process the sales person, Jesse, kept showing me numbers that were wrong. He made several trips to talk to his manager as I kept telling him that the numbers were still wrong. The manager also came to speak with me, still wrong, after few more trips, they finally showed the right numbers. The purpose of doing that? IDK 2. That day I agreed to bring the car back to the dealer to get it washed & detailed, replace a nutlug in one of the tires; and obtain the second remote key. My daughter brought the car to the dealer to get all of these things done. All they did was give her the remote key. No detailing, no nutlug, as promised. I went today to ask them the reasons why they did not comply as promised. No reasons were provided. I spoke with Jesse, he gave me 2 nutlugs and he apologized. Also spoke with Leon who basically said he did not do anything wrong, although he was the person who took care of my daughter when she brought the car back to the dealer. They asked me to bring the car back for the detail. But, it is a matter of principle. I said no. They promise you everything on purchase/ signing date, after that they act as if they do not know what is going on. That was my experience with Cogging honda Deland.DEFINITELY I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALER. They did not comply as they promised. IT WAS A HASSLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. More

Just as bad as all the other dealers! First time leasing a vehicle and we were under the impression that they would pay the final two payments; however, we are now on the hook for about $9 First time leasing a vehicle and we were under the impression that they would pay the final two payments; however, we are now on the hook for about $900 (payments and fees) and do not even have the car to use. It was a "misunderstanding" that they were not willing to help make better. More

I had a great experience at Coggin Deland Honda! My sister has had a positive experience there for years and highly recommended it. So I went there with her anticipating leasing a Honda Civic. When you’re 1300 miles from home and have a leaking rear differential, you hope for the best. Wow! We absolutely got the very best today! Our hometown service manager arranged an appointment for us at Coggi differential, you hope for the best. Wow! We absolutely got the very best today! Our hometown service manager arranged an appointment for us at Coggin Honda, and Kelly met us with a warm greeting. She was welcoming, prepared, professional, and knowledgeable. Our technician, Peter, identified the reason for the leak, and went above and beyond to repair it securely. He needed to replace a damaged drain plug. He showed us the damaged plug, explained the needed repair, and demonstrated ingenuity by using a longer bolt to compensate for stripped threads. He kept us informed of his progress, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, we could not have wished for a better experience! Thanks, Kelly and Peter, for your outstanding service! More
