Buying a car from them is like pulling teeth. Great at first then turned horrible. I've been waiting for updated quote promises not followed through. Very unprofessional and been very shady. They keep saying give us another chance and they do this over and over again. Even spoke to gm he said not ok yet nothing was done about it. Guess they really don't want to sell car as they say they do. I've been holding on to the great experience in beginning. I guess this isn't abnormal for them after reading some reviews. It is a shame. I'm not one to make neg reviews but this is crazy and so unprofessional and maybe something will change and they will wake up and realize there is a problem. More

These seats of a 2020 Honda with upgraded Leather Seats are all torn up after less than a year of use. We went to another Honda dealer and showed it to them, and we were told that this paper-thin inferio are all torn up after less than a year of use. We went to another Honda dealer and showed it to them, and we were told that this paper-thin inferior leather is not what they (Honda) uses as standard. We have been calling Honda Coggin and they are always "in meetings" ... "Someone will call you back" ... nobody ever does. I weigh 130 lbs. We don't have pets in the car. All I do is SIT ON THE SEAT. There is no reason why it should tear like this. The driver seat is the worst; but the passenger seat is already tearing ... I cannot express my frustration about a car that I just bought a year ago and the lack of support we are receiving. More

I called the finance manager Beshoy Fadlalha the next day and he assured me he would personally take care of the mistake. It has been four months and after two visits, dozen of phone call and emails and being pass around and assured a resolution from finance manager, department manager Bob Bunton and the general manager, nothing has been done. I guess they really need the money badly. More

When I bought the 2018 I asked Honda to give me a price before I went to the shop. I didn't want to hear the lies but wanted to give them another chance. It took nearly two week working with the online sales person and all I got was the regular sales flier. If I can't trust you I can't do business with you. More

I called the dealer multiple ti dealership with pre-approved Capital One financing. The following day I had 9 hard inquiries across 2 credit bureaus. I called the dealer multiple times over the last 2 weeks to cancel the customer care service plan and to inquire why they ran my credit when I had financing in place. I have left plenty of messages and no one has returned my calls. This has been the worst car buying experience ever. Its about an hour drive for me, I wish they had the decency to return my calls.
