We had our car towed to the dealer ref to not starting. Dealer advised we needed a starter. They replaced it and we picked up the car. Went home car parked over night. Would not start the next day. Call Dealer advised we needed a starter. They replaced it and we picked up the car. Went home car parked over night. Would not start the next day. Called the dealer and they advised if I could jump it bring it back. I then spoke with the service manager. I asked if I needed the starter or if it was the battery all along. He advised the battery was bad due to the fact the bad starter was draining it. Before I took the vehicle to the dealer I took the battery out and went to auto zone and had it checked. Auto zone said it was good. It was a little confusing but I purchased a new battery from the dealer. When I picked up the car and started to leave the tmps light was on so I went back. The service writer asked if the radio was working. I checked and it needed a code. I asked if they had checked the tire pressure. She said I’ll have him check when he puts the radio code in. She apologized for the inconvenience. I waited while it was done. I was disappointed that I had to go back twice to get the vehicle repaired and almost left without radio code and the tires checked. The tech took stuff out of the glovebox for the code and left the stuff all over the floorboard. The service writers and the service manager were nice, but I was disappointed with the service. Still have an uneasy feeling about the starter and the battery both going bad at the same time. Again it was tested at auto zone the day before. Not sure if I will return to that service center. More
