Larry, the manager, was available and part of the whole process from start to finish, answering any questions that we had. They made an appointment for our first servicing before we left. Ford is not offering them on this years(2012) model He went out of his way to see if one could be installed. We were lucky that the service department was able to install one for us. We also needed our hitch moved to our new vehicle to carry his electric wheel chair. Karl coordinated with a company that installs hitches so we just have to bring our current SUV down and they will attach it to the new car. Great customer service! More
