excellent service We leased a 2016 Lincoln MKX, after 21,000 we were told by service dept that we needed new tires. I complained to service mgr John Beele who checked w We leased a 2016 Lincoln MKX, after 21,000 we were told by service dept that we needed new tires. I complained to service mgr John Beele who checked with Ford/Lincoln and Michelin to get some relief .As there is no way a tire on a new luxury vehicle should wear out in 21,000 miles. Neither Ford/Lincoln or Michelin were willing to offer any assistance. We then went to Matt Morgan (assistant sales mgr) and within 5 minutes he gave they authorization to replace the tires. I have been working with Coggin for many years and will do so in the future . I highly recommend this organization More

Then after returning the car I have to wait until I get my money that I put down. More
