Needed a New matching tire, they got one from the warehouse Simple the Best, I picked up a nail in my New truck tire and wanted the Identical tire, they got one from the warehouse and had it in next morning and Simple the Best, I picked up a nail in my New truck tire and wanted the Identical tire, they got one from the warehouse and had it in next morning and put on before lunch time which worked perfectly for my timing. excellent service We leased a 2016 Lincoln MKX, after 21,000 we were told by service dept that we needed new tires. I complained to service mgr John Beele who checked w We leased a 2016 Lincoln MKX, after 21,000 we were told by service dept that we needed new tires. I complained to service mgr John Beele who checked with Ford/Lincoln and Michelin to get some relief .As there is no way a tire on a new luxury vehicle should wear out in 21,000 miles. Neither Ford/Lincoln or Michelin were willing to offer any assistance. We then went to Matt Morgan (assistant sales mgr) and within 5 minutes he gave they authorization to replace the tires. I have been working with Coggin for many years and will do so in the future . I highly recommend this organization More
