Better than the rest After negotiating with several local Ford dealers, I purchased a 2019 Ford Ranger Nov 2019 from Coggin Deland Ford. Sales rep Matt was exceptional, en After negotiating with several local Ford dealers, I purchased a 2019 Ford Ranger Nov 2019 from Coggin Deland Ford. Sales rep Matt was exceptional, ensuring I received all applicable rebates to include military, Max resale value for my trade-in, lowest interest possible, and secure the max allowable financing period. This made financing and payments affordable. Cuddos to Matt! Additionally, Nathan, sales consultant, was extremely helpful, taking the time to detail certain aspects of the Ford Ranger and answer any and all vehicle related questions. The financing process was pretty uneventful, of which Nathan also completed, while in training, under the watchful guidance of a fellow finance colleague. If I had to recommend areas where improvement could be made throughout the purchasing process, I'd recommend more attention to detail, more transparency, and less rushing of the customer through the finance process. When it comes to the option of purchasing or not a maintenance plan, and or services, the customer needs to have the final say, and every effort should be made to ensure the customer understands exactly what is being purchased. While this was not my first car purchase rodeo, I did feel a bit rushed through financing, especially when posing questions about a few of the vehicle protection plans offered. Aside from financing, the overall purchasing process was pretty uneventful, and I'm pleased with the purchase. Matt phoned after the purchase to ensure I was satisfied, and see how I was enjoying the new vehicle. More
