The salesman Paul C. Was fantastic. The rest of the experience was a complete nightmare. I was continuously lied to buy the rest of the staff including the manager. I had to drive 800 miles round trip experience was a complete nightmare. I was continuously lied to buy the rest of the staff including the manager. I had to drive 800 miles round trip to go re-sign paperwork that they lied to me about. I buy one or two cars every single year for the last 30 years. This was by far the absolute worst experience I've ever had buying a car. it would have been much better if they could have just been honest with me. But for some reason they felt they needed to just continuously lie to me and give me the runaround. If you buy a car here be very cautious. Robert D. More

I won't buy another car from you.there are lots of places to buy car I purchased the car from your company and got screwed and got screwed in service. I won't buy another car from you.there are lots of places to buy cars.you refused to do repairs on it 3 days after I got it.i just had the oil changed in your service dept and the mechanic put the wrong mileage down on the windshield sticker.which leads me to believe a scam took place by the mechanic there is over 100000 difference in the number on the sticker and the actual mileage More

Easiest decision based on value, salesman, quality of truck I have purchased my first Ford from this dealer and salesman 3 years ago. Went in for oil change and decided to look at the 2019 close outs. My salesm I have purchased my first Ford from this dealer and salesman 3 years ago. Went in for oil change and decided to look at the 2019 close outs. My salesman was available and in less than 1 hour, I found a truck that would meet my newer needs but the price wasn't a slam dunk. Went home, discussed the truck with my wife and then researched what other dealers had to offer. Called my salesman and he sent me a text with an offer below what I was willing to settle on. Bought the truck the next day. I am happy to work with folks at Coggin Ford as long as they continue this excellent service! PS: Bought a Honda for my granddaughter at Coggin Honda next door and had equally great service. It must be a company wide theme: treat the customer right or they will go elsewhere! More
