The service I received at Coggin Deland Ford was good as usual. However, in my opinion, the original service advisor assign to me (Ricky Blake) must have been having an off day. After dealing with him I had decided to not return to this dealership where I had bought my car and had it serviced several times over the last ten years. Thank you Mr Blake for assigning me to Mark Lutheran, Quicklane Service Advisor. He was polite, kept me informed, searched the service records for a motor craft battery purchase as I did not have the receipt and also honored the Full Service Coupon sent to me via email. Mark showed exemplary customer service skills. Effortlessly looking out for the welfare of not only his employer but his customer. Thank you and the tech working on my car for a job well done. More
