Then they told me they found a power cable lying on the steering box but they could not move it. It was not a factory item. That is true but when I bought the SUV the Ford dealership installed it. From start to finish we had nothing but positive service We were traveling from Canada to Fl for a 2 week visit and had an issue with our 2018 Ford Edge, check engin light came on (usually not a big deal) de We were traveling from Canada to Fl for a 2 week visit and had an issue with our 2018 Ford Edge, check engin light came on (usually not a big deal) decided to go to the closes dealership to have it checked out as we had lots of miles to drive to get back home. The folks at Coggin starting with our service rep Patty Delgado and Juztin the tech who did the repaires on our vehicle were absolutely above board in there level of service to us. They ended up having to replace the engin in our car!!! And this was done in a very short time period with a replacement vehicle so we could still enjoy our visit to the area. I brought up an observation I had with the transmission not changing as smooth between some levels as I thought it should. Then tech found my suspensions to be true, and kept my truck for 3 days. When I picked it up, it was running very smoothly between shifts, and the problem was gone. Great job. I am happy with the results. More
