The dealership was charging a “pre delivery service charge” on a new vehicle, this would be a service covered under the new car PDI (pre delivery inspection). We decided not to take the vehicle when it charge” on a new vehicle, this would be a service covered under the new car PDI (pre delivery inspection). We decided not to take the vehicle when it arrived, the dealership stopped responding when asked how they would return our $500 deposit. This was not a vehicle ordered for us but one that was coming in and they put our name on. I don’t believe the vehicle was at their dealership long enough to be advertised (I didn’t see it in inventory) before it was sold. I had to report the transaction to my credit card company. I have called several times to the main dealership number and no one picks up. More

This is the closest one to my house, they do a good job, did just an oil change cost $99.00, not acceptable. Very well run, organized and clean dealership. Paul is very knowledgeable about the Ford Maverick features and functions, well beyond sales persons at competing dealerships.
