Long Story - Was looking for a used vehicle for my teenage daughter. Particularly, looking for a reliable manual stick shift so she could learn how to drive one. I'm from the Atlanta area and expanded my search area since I had been looking for several months to no avail. Finally came across a reasonably priced 2019 Honda Civic Sport at Coggin Deland Ford that looked decent but there were several other instances where the pictures were deceiving. I will say it was initially kind of confusing because I sent an online inquiry about the car while at work through their website. I kept getting calls from several people seemingly from the dealership. When I finally had time to call back to attempt speaking with a person who first made the call to me, I somehow got connected with Todd. Prior to visiting the dealership, Todd went above and beyond to ensure I would have a good experience. Being that I resided so far away, Todd sent two videos of the vehicle. One that showed the exterior and interior of the vehicle and another that allowed me to hear the vehicle start and be revved up. I arranged for a time to drive down to check out the vehicle and found it in very good condition. I put a deposit down and returned the following weekend to pick it up. Todd was excellent throughout the entire process. He even picked me up from the bus station in Orlando to escort me to their dealership to pick up the car. Upon picking it up, the car was detailed inside and out (Armor All'd and smelling good). Not a spec of dirt anywhere (aside from a light pollen dusting - FL pollen starts MUCH earlier than what I'm accustomed to but that's another story). I live about 450 miles away from the dealership (roughly 7 hours and change). I drove the car very hard on the way home. If something was wrong with the car, I would've found out on that drive. I made it home in 6 hours. Smooth ride and did not encounter any problems. The previous owner added some minor accents to the vehicle. Could definitely tell it was a male owner. Before I knew it, my daughter had Amazon packages coming to the house, those accents were removed and replaced with her own personal touches. Daughter loves the car. And as long as she's happy, I'm happy. As an out of state buyer, not sure if I'll ever do business with Coggin again simply due to distance although my experience was great and I am happy to have encountered the team. Thanks Todd! More

I asked for a front end alignment, and the service department performed a 4 wheel alignment. I was then told the dealership doesn’t perform front end alignments, and I would have to pay more than doub department performed a 4 wheel alignment.
