Buying a car can be an incredibly overwhelming and intimidating task and often you will find car salesman that prey on that. My experience with Coggin Hyundai Deland was the complete opposite. I submitted an inquiry online without realizing the car was not the exact color I was searching for. Peter answered my call, made sure I was aware of that and found the exact car I was looking for. He honored the price and travelled to get the car since it was not on their lot. Peter is the epitome of what it means to go above and beyond as an employee. He was personable and informative through every phone call and kept me laughing through the entire experience. Upon arriving to the dealership Peter was with another customer and paired me with Jack. He was very thorough and made sure my fiancé and I understood everything about the car and the process. Finally, we met with the finance manager, Larry. He again kept us laughing, calm, and empowered throughout the entire experience. This is my first Hyundai and I can assure you, with the team at coggin it won’t be my last.
