My car was totaled on Dec 30, it was 2 months old. I had just gone through an experience with a dealer at Daytona Auto Mall which left me feeling deceived, pressured and cheated. As my Dec 30 car was totaled but I needed a replacement. I was not looking forward to going through the experience so I tried Coggins Hyundai in Deland. What a delightful experience! The sales person Jake was knowledgeable and helped me pick the right car right away. The process took 4 hours from start to finish which I felt was a little long but it is what it is. More

Came in for warranty service; oil change and tire rotation. Instead of calling primary dealer get info, made me pay and get reimbursed. Then, warranty provider uses last 8 of VIN to look it up. And C rotation. Instead of calling primary dealer get info, made me pay and get reimbursed. Then, warranty provider uses last 8 of VIN to look it up. And Coggins doesn’t know that?? Not sure we’re staying together. More

Took my car in to have the alignment looked at & my tires looked at Boulevard Tire. Reason being when I took it to my dealership, DeLand Hyundai, they told me that I needed a tire & alignment. Their cost is looked at Boulevard Tire. Reason being when I took it to my dealership, DeLand Hyundai, they told me that I needed a tire & alignment. Their cost is way too much. So I took it to Boulevard Tire & they told me the alignment was good & no problem with the tires. Shame on DeLand Hyundai telling me it needs something when it didn't. More
