Deplorable and inexcusable The finance department blatantly lied to me to get me back in the dealer after the vehicle was delivered. The finance department dropped the ball on f The finance department blatantly lied to me to get me back in the dealer after the vehicle was delivered. The finance department dropped the ball on financing and wanted me to pay an additional $200+ a month for their mistake, after they gave a false reason for the change (lie number two). The Sales Manager promised a call on Monday, never called and after three phone calls to the dealer, still no returned phone call until the next business day. Inexcusable behavior from all staff involved with my purchase deal. Cannot believe they lied to my face twice. More

Hyundai Purchase Kyle is my regular salesman and had a family emergency the day we came in to buy. Mina took his place and got us delivered.
