$50.00 Gas Test Card Extremely disappointed in the follow up on receiving my $50.00 test drive gas card. I drove a demo 2017 Sonata with Sales Person Juan on the morning Extremely disappointed in the follow up on receiving my $50.00 test drive gas card. I drove a demo 2017 Sonata with Sales Person Juan on the morning of 8/30/17. I presented my printed Coggin certificate for $50.00 after the drive. I did not purchase the car, however, I was told to go home and find the information on line to redeem the certificate. I did not find a place to redeem my certificate. I than chated on line with the sales help who did not know how to redeem it either and wrote they would have a sales person call me. NO SALES person has called or taken interest in helping me. I have called many times speaking with Helen who answers the phone, Peter who refers me to Juan the original sales person. Juan thought Julie was taken care of it. This has been a run around affair. I have emailed Juan with no resolution. I do not believe a dealership should advertise a gas card and than can not instruct the Sales staff how to distribute it. NOT impressed with the Customer Service of this dealership. I can only imagine if I had shown interest in the Demo Sonata. Not Customer Service Friendly. Robert G More

Deplorable and inexcusable The finance department blatantly lied to me to get me back in the dealer after the vehicle was delivered. The finance department dropped the ball on f The finance department blatantly lied to me to get me back in the dealer after the vehicle was delivered. The finance department dropped the ball on financing and wanted me to pay an additional $200+ a month for their mistake, after they gave a false reason for the change (lie number two). The Sales Manager promised a call on Monday, never called and after three phone calls to the dealer, still no returned phone call until the next business day. Inexcusable behavior from all staff involved with my purchase deal. Cannot believe they lied to my face twice. More
