However, at the end he brought me his final price, and I was surprised. The price included a lot of hidden fees and the total price was jacked up to $22000. This is not a deal. I could get this same price at any Hyundai dealership. This is just a scam to lure people into their shop. Once you are in the dealership you will realize that you have wasted your precious time. I don't recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Once we test drove the vehicle we wanted, they gave us a price that was so high and unrealistic, I told them I could not even negotiate with them. They added unbelievable fees to the car and dealer installed options that were overpriced and not even on the car. Their discounts of $4100 were for like uber drivers ($1000) and Sams club members and their Military discount was less at $500..... When they sent the closer who was just another salesmen with an attitude, he became obnoxious and I thought he was going to get violent. Never again, and I am Local. Do Not go to this Dealership!!!The only bright spot was a gentleman named Jack who tried to save the deal, but really too late. Sorry Jack. More

Explained that I didn't want to be there long because I had a toddler with me, so get everything ready. When I arrived the car was ready, but Peter gave me Jose to deal with. Ok, well he tried to add 2995.00 for tinted windows, yes tinted windows folks. They acted like that was ok. I explained that this wasn't the price advertised and they said well we can't give you that price. Well guess what, you're not gonna get my business. Went to kia next to them. Do not sign anything unless you look at everything. More

Didn't own up to a signed contract. Unfortunately I can't recommend doing business with this dealership now or in the future after my recent experience with them. I went in to the dealer Unfortunately I can't recommend doing business with this dealership now or in the future after my recent experience with them. I went in to the dealership on 02-19-2018 and after test driving a blue Hyundai ioniq, myself and the salesman came to terms on a loan in which both parties agreed upon to purchase the vehicle which included a trade-in. Fast forward to 02-26-2018 and I receive a phone call from both the salesman involved as well as a finance manager asking me if I could "Come by to "re-sign" some paperwork"......sounds foreboding but nonetheless I made the 30 mile trip back to the dealership only to find out that it was more than them simply needing me to re-sign some papers and more along the lines of me either needing to put down $3,500 in order to keep the car or give up the car and take back my trade-in due to the financing the company not wanting to give me the amount the dealer agreed to and signed for in the original contract. Since they were unable to honor the contract that both parties agreed upon I simply returned the Hyundai Ioniq and took my old vehicle back. Had I been told over the phone what was in fact the issue I could have simply brought both sets of keys for the new car with me but instead I ended up having to make another 60-mile roundtrip to return home to get the 2nd set of keys for the Ioniq to return to the dealership. There seemed to be little concern on the dealers part for any of this and thusly I simply CAN NOT RECOMMEND them to friends or family. I realise these things can happen from time to time but I believe that if due diligence were performed on the dealerships part then this all could have been avoided. This is the first time anything like this has happened to me before and i'll make every effort to avoid this dealership ever again to make sure it never does again. The moral of the story is that if you're going to do business with Coggin Deland Hyundai (though I wouldn't recommend it) then i'd suggest that you skip the dealer financing offers and get your auto loan from a bank or credit union or some other lender. Untrustworthy, rude, and disrespectful I was shopping for a first car for my sister. I checked out the website looked like they had a few cars I was interested in, called to verify they ha I was shopping for a first car for my sister. I checked out the website looked like they had a few cars I was interested in, called to verify they had cars in stock in my price range (paying cash) and with all of my requirements. I specifically asked for vehicles with less than 100,000 miles and 99,000 miles does not count. I spoke with Peter (turns out he is in the finance department) who assured me they had what I was looking for. Actually told me they had a Chevy Cruze with 74,000 miles for under 7,000 cash (they did not). Also had a Nissan Versa in this price range and under 100,000 miles (they did not). Peter proceeded to call out multiple cars with my requirements. I stressed to him that I was 2 hours away and didn’t want to drive there for no xx. Get there, the cars we discussed mileage started out at 115,000 miles. You can expect that I am very annoyed by already. The salesman (don’t recall his name due to being furious when I left) pulls a car from the back for me to view, white Hyundai Elantra that has a huge dent in the side near the back passenger side tire. A portion of the rear bumper was missing. The car had clearly been wrecked. As we are walking towards the vehicle, I verify that this was the car he was going to show me, he attempted to explain how they would fix the damage if I liked. I exploded and decided to leave. At which time the salesman and some other dude tried to convince me not to leave. If other options were available, why would you bring me a xxx first? Wouldn’t you want to show your best options upfront? After being treated so rudely and disrespected I was to allow him to show me other options. No! If you’re going to show me some crap like that, then how do I trust you to sell me a car they will not brake down in 2 weeks time? No Thank you! Just because I am female doesn’t not give you the right to try and screw me over. Your loss I took my cash elsewhere. More
