I am but a lowly consumer, my purchase is only one of the Ashbury Groups 11,400 sold. From the Ashbury Automotive Group Website Reports Second Quarter 2023 Financial Results: =Revenue of $3.7 billion -Gross profit of $713 million -Net income of $196 million So to be fair for starters we would have to be on equal footing. So far as I can tell the loss from the financing scheme added an additional $1000 to the contract basically stealing my lunch money. For me to put that burden on you, if we were “Fair”, I would have to impact you in the range of say 11,400 times for a total of $11,400,000. To be “Fair” as this would be less than 5% of Ashbury Groups net income. Now lets talk about “Satisfactory”… Its doubtful the car business will change significantly unless their are sanctions. With your battleship of lawyers, lobbyists, Judges you pay for Arbitration combined with “30 day seller cancellation clauses” and “Arbitration Clauses” you have consumers “hog tied for the roaster”.
