This dealership, with special thanks to our salesperson, Jack Rosen and finance specialist, Laurence Fillippo, checks all the right boxes when it comes to a positive buying experience. From the moment we stepped on the lot, Jack listened to us, understood our needs, and did whatever he could to provide us with both a vehicle and a deal that we were looking for. Yes, inventory may be limited, but Coggin Deland Hyundai does not play the "GAME" that other dealers in the area (I'm looking at YOU, Daytona) insist on playing with the "Market Adjustment" overage pricing. Really? At Coggin, we not only received a plain as day DISCOUNT on the sticker, but also a number of other options for money off the price. Not too many dealers believe you should get a discount. Coggin made no bones about it. They had it to give, and you got it, without the "market adjustment" xx that other are trying to pull. Beyond that, Coggin understands that we live in Florida near beaches, and, as such, already have installed window tint and replaced any factory carpet liners with all weather rubber ones. At a cost, sure, but that cost was displayed plain and simple on the window sticker and online pricing, and not "stuck" on you while trying to negotiate a deal. Once Jack located our vehicle (luckily in was in stock), all that was left was to negotiate the trade, any allowances, and then make the deal, which we were able to do with texts, phone calls and finally a visit to purchase within 2 days. Laurence, the finance manager wasted no ones time, including his own to get the paperwork prepared, signed and have us out the door quickly. This dealership is so great that while we were there the service manager had a pop-up serving some of the best gyros and chicken souvlaki we have ever had, and this was all provided at no charge to us and their employees. Wow! We drove out of there with everything we wanted and more, and, except for the time spend on approvals and the such, this was such a great experience. We may never buy another Toyota again. If our first Hyundai is all its cracked up to be, and this dealership continues bending over backward for its customers, we look forward to have positive future dealings and we will continue to encourage others to visit and consider Coggin, based on our recommendations, from this point forward. Lewis the salesman was excellent management did exactly what I told him to do on the financing and the finance manager only took me 10 minutes I was in and out.
