Total frustration with Coggin Deland Hyundai. Sales people when I bought the car were pushy but I was post flood, having lost two cars and major damage to my home and I put up with it. First service experience has been the worst ever at a dealership. Brought care in by appt. On Saturday not notified until late Sat, that they needed to keep to keep until Monday. Monday, despite numerous calls to service, none returned. And I received repeat emails from dealership that I hadn’t dropped my care off as scheduled. Tuesday, Called again, supposed to get a call back in 15 minutes to hear status. Half hour later, they called to say, they’d try to have it done today. Excuses included super busy, and tech being pulled away from my car to work on another. Hope that customer is satisfied. I understand a rushed work day. I do not understand not calling customers back while you have their vehicle. Stopping one job to complete another and leaving the first customer hanging. The perspective from dealership staff seems to be that telling me the dealership is busy is an excuse. Of course it’s busy you cram people in for service knowing many will wait…apparently just don’t call em back is the dealership motto. So all in all, from sales, to service, Coggins Delan Hyundai sucks. More
