Very good experience! I was initially contacted by Tony, the Internet Sales Manager, in response to an online request by me for information on a vehicle advertised on Autot I was initially contacted by Tony, the Internet Sales Manager, in response to an online request by me for information on a vehicle advertised on Autotrader. He quickly replied to let me know about the availability of the vehicle and let me know that I would be hearing from Keith who indeed followed up almost immediately. Once we met Keith on-site, he was very attentive to our family's concerns and explained the pros and cons of the different options or routes we could go with in purchasing the vehicle we needed at this time taking into consideration both our short-term and long-term goals. Both Tony and Keith were very personable and "down to earth"; didn't get flustered when I needed time to think over the options and made us feel like family (in a good way!). Once we decided on the vehicle, "Kip" (in finance) helped seal the deal by matching the interest rate we wanted while keeping the payment withing our goal. In so doing, he helped us get the best possible price by taking advantage of different promotions available. Our family left Coggin having had a very good experience! “Cracked Eggs” I was discussing pricing with Mr. Hovey as I narrow my search down for the next vehicle. His wording let me know they only focus on short term sales and zero customer service.
