I'm writing to express our deep disappointment with our recent car purchase at Coggin Chevrolet, Jacksonville. What we hoped would be a positive experience turned out to be quite the opposite due to misco recent car purchase at Coggin Chevrolet, Jacksonville. What we hoped would be a positive experience turned out to be quite the opposite due to miscommunications and confrontational behavior from your management. Our salesperson, Trestan Jewell, was exceptional, but our interactions with your management were far from satisfactory. Firstly, we were asked to sign incomplete forms and to trust that the form would be completed correctly in a few days, trust them. The sales agreement was prepared incorrectly. Joey Spanbauer, Finance Director, insisted we sign without following our Loan officer instruction. This alarmed us. Joey Spanbauer appeared irritated that he had to fix the forms. Most significantly, the general sales manager, Christos Rodis's dismissive response to our concerns left us feeling unimportant. Labelling our valid worries as "difficult" and implying that the dealership had more important deals undermined our trust. Lastly, Christos Rodis's query about a negative Google review was unsettling. His offer to take the car back, along with our money, felt more like a threat than a resolution.
