The salesman Dustin was great. The finance guy Clint, during the approval process came and asked me if I worked for a temp agency. I expressed to him that I did. He said some banks won't allow that but he would figure it out. An hour or so later I was told I was approved and drive the vehicle off the lot. A week and a half later Clint called and told me the bank rejected my loan because I worked for a temporary agency and I may have to give the vehicle back! He then told me the only loan he could find me had an interest rate of 20% (originally 14%) and the payment went from $340 to $439 per month. Super disappointed in this company. Unethical doesn’t even cover it! More
We had a breakdown in our 21 year old pickup truck while on a trip to florida. Randy from your service department and the service technician/mechanic were incredible. And your service fees for parts and labor were very reasonable. Coggin Chevrolet deserves 10 Stars!!! Highly recommended!!! More

Very dishonest, unprofessional and disrespectful! I will never visit this dealership again. He tried to scam an extra 1000 on top of the deal we agreed upon. Doesn’t seem to be very knowledgeable about the products and misleads the customer. Cancelled Lease with NO posessesion - would NOT refund Would give them a ZERO if I could! Tried calling and Joey, finance manager, and he hung up on me, second manager, Michael, was belligerent. Drove there to talk to General Manager, John Hip, and they would not let me speak to him. I had to find his office and know on the door myself. They lied and said they sent in the paperwork to GM Financial, which they had not as they couldn't if I had not taken possession. GM Financial has been flagged to not receive it if they did since I have no vehicle from them. GM Financial advised me to call GM corporation directly to file a complaint, which I have. GM is investigating and a senior advisor will be in contact. STAY AWAY from this shady operation!!! All they have to do is refund me my money as I have nothing from them! More
Purchased a car in March, called back the same day and told them the gears seems not to be switching... I took it back up there and Sonny told me that all it needed was an update. A couple days later it was still doing the same thing..but COVID-19 has just hit, so I told Sonny I would bring it back once things settled down from COVID-19. Once the government \ major stated that they were opening things back up.. I called to make an appt. On my way to the dealership the transmission went out totally and I had to get it towed. The use car manager was professional, however I'm really upset that I'm having to pay $1200 on a transmission for a car that I just got from your lot. I know it's used and things happens..but a transmission??? If I were your daughter or wife what would you actually do? If I knew it was transmission problems..I would have passed on that car and picked another one. Again, I really had trust in you guys but maybe if I was more persistent during COVID-19, service would have actually driven the car instead of just saying the diagnosis stated an update. More
