Was there for my last oil change and had cost issues. Wrote a review and got a call from GM who said please change 1 star review and he would take care of me now and when I come back. Well called for next oil change and GM never responded. Ask for cost and was told $150. Called another dealer and was charged $97. This company is a major ripoff and only care about reviews not customer. My advice… go anywhere else. They are terry. More

I’ve been a customer for several years. Recently I purchased a Silverado Custom that ran into critical issues at 6k miles. The team made several attempts to repair but after multiple trips I had to speak up as it was not dependable and unsafe. My job was in jeopardy, I take care of my aging mom, and the sole parent to a special needs child. I was desperate for help. We met, we discussed, and with a handshake the team promised to make it right. I walked out with a more than fair replacement with NO impact to my already strained budget. I never thought I would post something like this, but I am forever grateful to these guys, to God, and Coggin Chevrolet. Shoutouts to the following superstars in my book. Terrible! They didn't do the work they charged us for and only did some of the services required on the 100,000 mile service that was requested. The entire top cover on the engine was still covered in dust only did some of the services required on the 100,000 mile service that was requested. The entire top cover on the engine was still covered in dust and looked like it had not even been touched or anything removed to replace the spark plugs, and they claim that was done. They claim to have checked the brakes as asked, but the wheels were not removed or rotated like they should have been so I doubt they checked the brake pads. When the service manager was asked about the quality of service and why we were charged over 4 hours of labor when the car was done in less than 2 hours he was confrontational and refused to reduce the charges or labor fees. $800! Not what we expected from Chevrolet! More

The salesman Dustin was great. The finance guy Clint, during the approval process came and asked me if I worked for a temp agency. I expressed to him that I did. He said some banks won't allow that but h during the approval process came and asked me if I worked for a temp agency. I expressed to him that I did. He said some banks won't allow that but he would figure it out. An hour or so later I was told I was approved and drive the vehicle off the lot. A week and a half later Clint called and told me the bank rejected my loan because I worked for a temporary agency and I may have to give the vehicle back! He then told me the only loan he could find me had an interest rate of 20% (originally 14%) and the payment went from $340 to $439 per month. Super disappointed in this company. Unethical doesn’t even cover it! More
