Additionally, and this is something I am big on, is he made the experience personal. While I was there it was all about my needs and comfort during the transaction and his follow-ups afterwards. He and the dealership truly go above and beyond for their customers and I definitely wont be buying from anybody else in the future except for Stephen and Coggin Chevrolet! More

He worked with us until we got the deal straight and he was also very fun and personable. He has a great sense of humor and personality which makes any car buying experience better. Garrett has gone above and beyond for me since the first day I met him. Our company is now in the mix or working out a deal with him. He is great. I would recommend asking for him if you are ever in the car buying zone. He is excellent help and will help get you where you need to be for your next car! The service department has been great also. They went completely over my new vehicle after I bought it and when I received it, it was even better than I original thought. Love this dealership, service dept, and my new Tahoe! More
Un-trustworthy and very pushy I know this kind of sounds ridiculous, but it was a legit offer.... I had test-driven a Camaro at the Jax Auto show and received a voucher to get a $5 I know this kind of sounds ridiculous, but it was a legit offer.... I had test-driven a Camaro at the Jax Auto show and received a voucher to get a $50 gift card for going to a chevy dealer and completing a hassle-free test drive. So I went in to drive one of the Colorados that I had seen and liked. I was introduced to Henri, who acted like he did not want to be bothered with me. I told him I had seen the Colorados and would be interested in test driving one. I also made it very clear that I was not looking to buy, and that obviously didn't mean anything to him. I also told him I may be in the market for a newer pre-owned vehicle with low mileage. First he tried to show me some piece of junk 10 year old beat up Saturn, and claimed it was the greatest deal with low-mileage. I told him I was not interested in it and wanted to look at something like a Cruze or Mailbu. He basically told me he could not show me anything because I had planned on coming back in a week to purchase and he said that their pre-owned cars go like hot cakes... REALLY? Is that why I have seen the same car sitting in the same spot from over a year ago when I rode through??? I then went on to test drive the colorado and afterwards was brought into his office and pressured to buy one. I told him I really wanted the Diesel and hoped that since they did not have any, and they were just coming out with them, that would be my excuse to leave... NOPE! then the sales manager starts looking around the entire region and finds one, but i still tell them very clearly that I am not looking to purchase. I then present to him the certificate for him to validate my test drive and send the gift card. He then steps out and comes back and claims it was validated. Then about a week later I contact the issuer of the certificate to verify if it was ever validated by the dealer. They said no, and had to validate it themselves. The dealer never even bothered to validate my certificate. I do not know why both Chevrolet in general and the dealers offer these incentives for test drives if the are not going to honor them. I understand salesmen are paid commission and that this is a waste of their time, but if that is the case, they shouldn't offer it. However, long story short-- I have proudly taken my business elsewhere and bought a brand new 2016 Toyota from Keith Pearson Toyota. Anyone looking to buy a good car with good customer service should check them out and steer clear of this dealership and the entire Coggin automotive group!!!!! More
Service I had the best experience that I have had in years!!!! For a number of days I was experiencing problems with my car. I arrived @ Coggin Service Dept. I had the best experience that I have had in years!!!! For a number of days I was experiencing problems with my car. I arrived @ Coggin Service Dept. with a polite & insightful staff that were willing to assist. The service Dept was determined to find out the issue with my car before I get back on the road. The service representative that assisted me was Steve Bartlett but I must applaud the entire staff!!! They treated me as if I was apart of their own family. I know now I will never go ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! THANK YOU! Quilnetta West More

Best Choice Ever I went to this dealership as a first buyer. My salesmen was so patient , caring , & helpful. He was very determined and not once did he get frustrated.His energy was unbelievable it really had alot to do with me purchasing my car . I say that because I had gotten to a point where i felt i wasnt going to be able to get a car at all in my name because i was a ghost and so young. But the energy he had and determination allowed me to keep faith. I also dealt with a woman as well and she was new but very helpful and pleasant. She checked on me everytime she seen me to see how my process was going . Her personality was so bubbly and full of positivity . I loved my visit Im so thankful and I would recommend him and her anytime. Thank you guys !!! More

She is a new employee, but did everything she could t My experience in buying a new tahoe at coggin was very good. My salesperson was Marquita Iberra. She is a new employee, but did everything she could to look at only the car I was asking for. When we decided on the Tahoe, she got Mike to handle the transaction. He worked to get me the price I could afford. There was a bad storm, so she couldn't show me all the technology features so I went back on Sunday for that. Jim Rollins showed me all of that, plus taught Marquita at the same time since she didn't know about all of it. More
