I have called the service person and no return call was recieved. I have always gotten a copy of service in the past when I've had work done. The failure to get a copy of the diagnostic report leads me to believe since no work was done that no further attention is warranted to me. Very disappointed to say the least. I would appreciate a response or copy of my request. Lucy Santos P.S.I was told at the time of this visit that the report was in the mail. I know the Post Office is sometimes slow, but three weeks???. Totally unacceptable Coggin Motors, and by the way my engine never did stay off. More

My wonderful experience at Coggin Chevrolet. People that listen, that was my experience at Coggin. I had a monthly payment that I had to stick to, and they done just what they said they would. Nightmare, worst car buying experience of my life! Below is a list of the problems that I discovered with my 2008 Cadillac Escalade ESV within a week of driving it off the lot at Coggins Chevrolet at t Below is a list of the problems that I discovered with my 2008 Cadillac Escalade ESV within a week of driving it off the lot at Coggins Chevrolet at the Avenues. My salesperson told me, and I quote, "If a vehicle is on our lot, you can rest assured it's the cream of the crop. We put all of our used vehicles through a rigorous 128 point inspection, and if there's anything wrong we take care of it before it's put on the lot." When I called to describe the issues below, I was told that there is no inspection performed and that my sales rep was no longer with the company. I tried speaking with the sales manager, finance manager, and general manager at Coggins and received no help whatsoever. They were rude and told me it was my fault for not inspecting the vehicle carefully enough. I even called Asbury Automotive who is the parent company of Coggins and got the same treatment from them. Their lawyer emailed me and offered me $100 for my trouble to settle the matter. Read the issues below and decide for yourself if $100 sounds reasonable: *Front strut seals both blown leaking, and creaking badly *Front differential gaskets both leaking *Rear passenger exterior door handle broken *Neither cigarette outlet works *Driver side headlamp out *Power steering pump corroded through and leaking badly *Belt squealing badly *Airbags blown out of rear shocks *Rear shock compressor shaking terribly, auto level not functional *Transmission coolant line corroded through and leaking *Check engine light on with evap code *Leaking fuel from above middle region of gas tank *Tire pressure monitor not functional on rear passenger side *Drivers side wheel bearing bad, drivers side wheel almost came off while driving *Gas shock on rear cargo door failing, won't hold door open..drops down suddenly without warning after opening *Rear defrost cable on passenger side of cargo door glass detached from glass BUYERS BEWARE! There are good an honest people in this world, but you won't find one at this dealership. More

He listened to what we wanted and didn't try to sell us something we didn't want. Being a returning customer, Coggins sale team took care of me with my trade in and even threw in some extras. I was definetly pleased and when I'm ready for another car this will be where I go. More
Slow and indifferent Went in for a 30,000 service was told it would take about 2 hours and it took over 3. Also this is the only dealership I have ever had service done and they don't at least run the vehicle through a car wash. If you are spending $250 to have service work done they could at least knock the pollen off for you. I will be looking for other options for my next scheduled service. More
