The vehicle was not cleaned very well upon delivery. The process was over 4 hours long even though I was early for my 1:00 appointment (the Dealership opened at 1:00 PM) and with the understanding that The process was over 4 hours long even though I was early for my 1:00 appointment (the Dealership opened at 1:00 PM) and with the understanding that I was paying with a bank draft. The salesman was great but it took too long to see Finance and Insurance as they were short staffed, only 1 person on staff apparently. The Finance guy talked about the horrible experience that would come with the Service Department appointments, not really a good way to sell supplemental service packages; not really good to talk bad about your Support Team either. More

Sales Rep was okay and fairly responsive. Finance needs work and needs to be more responsive. My car buying experience was great! Omar was absolutely amazing. He answered all my questions, gave me great tips, showed me all the features and he was not pushy. When told, that I would not pay 10 percent of the price of the car on dealer fees, Frank straight up lied about a discount. to explain the dealer 900 dollars worth of fees in a 9,000 vehicle.
