The staff is knowledgeable, courteous quick to help and assist. Brought my 2016 Silverado in for what I thought was an alternator issue. They checked it out and found no problem. I gladly paid the inspection invoice because if they were not an honest shop they could h alternator issue. They checked it out and found no problem. I gladly paid the inspection invoice because if they were not an honest shop they could have easily changed the alternator and charged me a bundle for the repair. I would have not known. It is a good feeling to know that they are and honest shop. I will continue to have my truck serviced there. Also the service facility was clean and Anthony was knowledgeable and easy to work with. I made an online appointment and printed my confirmation. After I got there the advisor acted like checking the screen for a minute because he couldn't see my appointment and then said "you appointment just After I got there the advisor acted like checking the screen for a minute because he couldn't see my appointment and then said "you appointment just showed up, but sorry we don't have enough time or labor to do it today" really? Why they can't keep their appointments and openings updated in the system. If I knew, I would make appointment to take my car to the other Chevy dealership down the road. Is that how much they value people's time? Everyone is busy nut just the dealerships and everybody's time is valuable. What's the point of making an online appointment if it's not available when you get there More
