Buying my car from Coggin BMW was a great overall experience. I traveled all the way from Delray Beach to view the car I was considering buying. He followed up with phone calls when I was considering a purchase(in North Carolina) and he has called often since I purchased the car 6 weeks ago. He even offered to assist my fiance(who has an older model BMW purchased from another site). I have driven a Mercedes for the last 25 years and he took the time to explain the difference with BMW and why I would enjoy "driving" this car---he could be a marketing salesman for the company. Last week I purchased a new 2012 BMW X5d. James Pescatore is my client advisor and did a great job. He stayed in constant touch we me and we ultimately decided to order a vehicle from the factory. Jimmy and I were able to accomplish everything via e-mail and telephone which was great as I do not reside in the dealership area. The vehicle was delivered during the time frame promised by Jimmy. Also, upon delivery, Jim spent a lot of time with me going over all the pertinent aspects of the vehicle and has followed up with me during the past week with timely responses to questions that I had. I'm assuming that I can continue to bug him when I need help. I've owned and/or leased Audis and an Infiniti and Jimmy Pescatore has been the most helpful and personable car salesperson to date. Overall, the car buying experience at Coggin was very good. They stuck to the negotiated price and there were no real surprises when it came time to close the transaction. Finally, Coggin knows that customers can easily arm themselves with cost/price information gathered from the internet and elsewhere, and that most customers shop around and get quotes from multiple dealerships, particularly with high end vehicles. As opposed to other dealerships, Coggin provided me with price information up front in initial e-mail exchanges, rather than the age old technique of "come on in" used by other dealers with whom I spoke. That what significant to me, as my time was very limited. The less nonsense, the greater chance of a sale - in my book. Jimmy P and Coggin seem to well understand that concept. More

Jimmy spent close to 2 hrs walking us through our new BMW 528i upon delivery as we hadn't bought a new car in some time; especially Jimmy Pescatore! Unlike all of the other dealerships on the Treasure Coast, Coggin BMW allows customers to look around without 3-4 salesmen running out to the parking lot to hook a sale.
