Best experience I was visiting my sister from out of town and was surfing the net. I wasn't in need of a car. I saw the car on their website and thought what the heck I was visiting my sister from out of town and was surfing the net. I wasn't in need of a car. I saw the car on their website and thought what the heck I'll give them a call. I spoke to Sylvester who wasn't helpful. He was very vague over the phone and really seemingly refused to give any definitive answers unless I went in to the dealership which was 35 minutes away. I gave him an offer and he stating we weren't far apart on price so I should come in. he lied to me and I did not leave with the car. Sylvester wasn't working the day that I went to the dealer so I had the great pleasure of meeting Gene. He was open and honest and a true pleasure to work with. He along with James left me with a wonderful impression of the dealership and the thought that I would purchase a car from them. I went back to the dealer the next day and dealt with Gene and James and drove a 2014 BMW home to Indiana. It was a distinct pleasure to deal with these gentlemen along with Luciano who taught me how to use the technical devises in the car. Thanks to these 3 people, I will gladly recommend this dealership to family and friends. More

My service adviser (Ernie, who is no longer there) was very honest, straightforward and always looking out for the customer. I was very impressed. Ernie referred me to Richard Guide as an outstanding sales adviser when I mentioned we might be looking for a replacement for our 2008 model. Richard turned out to be as honest, straightforward and always looking out for the customer's best interests as Ernie had been. We just purchased our 2018 440ix and we couldn't be happier with the car and our experience with Richard. Purchasing a new car is often a painful experience. Dealing with Richard was a pleasure. Bill was very helpful helping us find the right car at the right price. With the assistance of his sales manager Manny Miranda we were able to come to an agreement on a financing package that allowed us to drive our BMW 740LI off the lot on the same day. They also asked Luciano Del Aguila to walk my wife and I through all of the electronic features of the car in a way that we could understand. Frankly I doubt that I could have ever figured them out by just reading the manual. We were also introduced to the service manager Rick Coppola and his very able assistant Ryan Consul. These guys are the backbone of any car dealer after the car has been purchased and I suspect that they will be as resourceful as the sales guys at Coggin Auto. Last but not lease, Joe Adams, the general manager took the time to introduce himself to us and assured us that he was there for us if the need ever arises. More

Our great experience at Coggin BMW. My wife and I were passing by your dealership on our way to Sunrise used trucks. We saw several used trucks in your lot so we stopped to check them ou My wife and I were passing by your dealership on our way to Sunrise used trucks. We saw several used trucks in your lot so we stopped to check them out. Richard Guide came out and greeted us, and I explained to him that they were not in the price range we wanted to stay in, He said that you had many dealerships the you were associated with and if we wanted to come in he would show us on the computer what was available. We went inside and they found a Titan across the street so he went over and brought it back we took it out for a test drive and it was a nice vehicle but still more than I wanted to spend. So we started over With help of his used car manager Manny Miranda, they found an older Toyota Tacoma in Orlando that looked ok and had low mileage. They said if I was interested they could have it there the next day, we agreed and gave them a deposit . True to their word they had it there the next day. The truck ran very good and had a clean car fax , it needed tires and the paint was a little rough. We agreed on a price and I asked them to touch up the paint and give it new tires which they said they would do. I took the truck home that night. Within 1 week they had the new tires in Richard called and said bring it back and they would mount them and paint it. He called several times before I brought it back and asked if we were happy with our purchase which we were.They also provided us with a loaner car so they could complete the promised work. After I returned it for the tires and paint they did a fantastic job matching the paint. They had it completed within the time frame promised. I could not be happier Richard made sure everything was done correctly and on time. We have spoken twice since then and he wanted make sure everything was good which it is. I will some day be back for another used or new vehicle I hope Richard is still there for I will want to deal with him again. I have already recommended your dealership to several friends and will continue to do so. Thank you again for a wonderful used vehicle purchasing experience. Richard is a true asset to your business.
