I went in looking at several used cars. Larry was my sales associate and is very knowledgeable and friendly. I ended up purchasing a 2010 Corolla. Larry helped me throughout the entire process. We even communicated via text when I was in the office. I finished up the purchase on August 1st. Daphne came in from the sister dealer to help me with my finance documents as I had to be in WPB for a flight. She is super quick and very nice. Paul is great there too... They said that they had both original factory keys. Unfortunately, they could only locate one key. What did they do? To make me a satisfied customer, they purchased and provided me a 2nd factory key at no additional cost to me. That speaks volumes to me. I hope to do business again with Coggin Accura. Larry is the man! Why did I have them an great review? Because they are honest, friendly, and work hard to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied with the purchase of a vehicle, no matter if it is new or used. I will be more than happy to refer family, friends, or even a stranger who ask me where to go to buy car car. Thanks for all the help Coggin! More

Their honesty and discernment regarding the best vehicle is not only truly appreciated but they went above and beyond to help me surprise my daughter in time for her birthday! This is the 6th Acura we have purchased from Ken Thomas at Coggin Acura. Ken has always been helpful, honest and forthright in our dealings. In fact a number of years ago we had a problem with the Service Dept and I mentioned it to Ken. It was taken care of promptly. So much for the adage that once a salesperson sells you a car they are no longer around when you have a problem. To Coggin Acura's credit we received a letter from the General Manager Todd Seth assuring the problem was being looked into and would not happen again. In fact that is true. We continue to have our cars serviced at Coggin Acura. When you are feed up with the whole car buying process go see Ken Thomas. You will not be sorry and you will walk away with a great car! More
Today I picked up my new Acura and drove it home. This was the most pleasant experience I have had purchasing a new vehicle (this was my 11th new car purchase) from the moment I walked in until I drove o was the most pleasant experience I have had purchasing a new vehicle (this was my 11th new car purchase) from the moment I walked in until I drove out with my new car two days later. It was all made possible by one man, Ken Thomas, due to his professionalism, experience and knowledge of Acura cars. At no time was there pressure for me to make a quick decision or do anything I didn't feel comfortable doing. I really appreciated the test drive where Ken let me check/drive the vehicle any way I wanted to insure this was the car I wanted. In summary as long as Ken works at Acura he will be my salesman of choice for future purchases. More

What's important to me is how I am approached and how knowledgable the sales associate is; I was lucky on both counts with Billy. Billy was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and I appreciated his keen sense of customer aptitude. Armed with everything I need to know to confidently purchase an Acura, all I need to do now is pick a color and return to the dealership with my husband and ask for Billy. More

We were taken advantage of in a big way by these two men during a trade-in. Don't use them. Todd Seth & Paul Vincent are only interested in your wallet. Once you leave the dealer you have - customer No service - nothing else. This is my second experience with Coggin.
