Having been to other Acura Dealers in Florida and Vermont as I found Phil Hayes to be a very knowledgeable, polite and professional Sales Associate. Having been to other Acura Dealers in Florida and Vermont as we are snowbirds, I can tell you that Philip was consistent in staying in touch but respected my busy schedule. He is the main reason we decided to go with Coggin Acura! When myself and my wife Heather met with Philip (months after first contact), we drove nearly 200 miles from our Central Florida home to Fort Pierce and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dealership, the comfort level and the overall professional atmosphere. We found the 2020 AWD RDX we wanted, at the price we liked, and with the color and options we had requested. Our local dealer in Orlando, particularly their sales manager, would not listen to us and didn't want to bother finding the right auto we requested and tried to up-sell us in financing options and car choice! Philip didn't know this, but we literally contacted him while I was there and knew he and Coggins was our solution!
