The greatest Acura Dealership! I cannot give enough stars for this stellar team. They went above and beyond to repair my vehicle after an unfortunate incident at another dealership. The service team, amazing technician, Steve and Service Manager Dennis Petersen made a commitment to investige the problem and worked tirelessly to correct it. The General Manager James Slezak was involved as he had heard what the other Acura Dealership in West Palm Beach had sabotaged my car. This was all done in a short term as they were committed to getting my vehicle back on the road. As i was walking through the sales department I was greeted professionally by Eric Bennett, He saw that service was slightly busy and offered to get my paperwork started. True Teamwork! And when i asked where the restrooms were, I was walked to them, not pointed in a direction.These are the small things that make a difference. These are the cleanest restrooms I have ever seen, Its worth the trip just to see them. Coggin Acura even offered me a service loaner and explained they have valet service where they will come and pick up your Acura and drop off a service loaner. This is true service!
