David was courteous, friendly, not pushy, knowledgeable about the product, gave me time to drive the car, even take one home to show my wife, made me a great offer on our 07 and the new one. I took my Chevy in for an oil change and asked to have the brakes checked because of excessive brake dust on right front wheel. Chris went the extra mile with the technician on my behalf to find the root the brakes checked because of excessive brake dust on right front wheel. I appreciate her willingness to get any job done right, (big or small), and her can do attitude. My wife has been very with CDA Honda service in the past for regular maintainence so when we needed tires and a battery I started there. I found his prices were VERY competitive for all products and services. We scheduled the service at our convenience and Todd was waiting at the appointed time with all paperwork prepared and ready for us. All work was performed as promised and on time!!! I've had a regularly scheduled appointment for an oil change and I mentioned to Chris that it seemed like there was an excessive amount of brake dust lately on my left front wheel. She had all the brake change and I mentioned to Chris that it seemed like there was an excessive amount of brake dust lately on my left front wheel. She had all the brakes checked out and they were fine. She explained that I probably had lessor quality after market pads installed at a previous brake shop that I had gone to and that was the reason I was seeing a more than normal amount of brake dust on my wheels. She made me feel at ease knowing that my brakes were fine for now as I do a lot of driving over to Portland, OR and Seattle, WA. When it is time to replace these brake pads; I fully intend to have Chris and Coeur d' Alene Honda do the work for me. Thank You, John Nagel More

Parents Beware! This place completely ripped my, then 16 yr. old, daughter off with service. They had her sign a work order to " change oil & service" (what she was under the impression would be fluids only yr. old, daughter off with service. They had her sign a work order to " change oil & service" (what she was under the impression would be fluids only), in which she did prior to completion. They then went ahead and completed unnecessary "watch items" she wasn't even aware of existed. In the end they completely took advantage of her naiveté and we had to end up spending $200-$300 for an oil/fluid change! Because she signed we had no recourse! I can however WARN you! More
