Alex and the mechanics who worked on our 2006 Honda Ridgeline did an outstanding job of finding and repairing a recurring problem that a Department. My tire pressure light came on and i called to see if they could check my tire pressure. They said sure! While i waited they found a puncture and repaired the tire for me. I was so blessed! Contacted the service department about installing a heated steering wheel i had purchased with my Honda. They informed me they do not install Honda accessories unless purchased from them directly. May be a bit farther to drive but they are not trying to make a buck by asking top dollar for accessories that are shipped from Honda no matter where they are purchased. More

No help here, C D Lame Honda service My husband was driving our daughter and her friend Home from college for thanksgiving. Our Honda broke down. They got a tow to couer d’Alene and spent the night in a hotel. They called the Honda service center as soon as it opened and were told to drive 30 miles to find someplace else. Or they could wait a week and the Honda service would get the car looked at. This is terrible customer service. No happy holidays here! What a rude, unkind, place. Travelers beware, hope your Honda doesn’t breakdown in couer d’Alene idaho. I wouldn’t trust anyone or any place that refuses to help out a stranded family. More

The quality of service was simply amazing! An emergency light on my Acura RDX indicated a serious engine problem which required immediate attention. The only option was for me to go to Coeur D' An emergency light on my Acura RDX indicated a serious engine problem which required immediate attention. The only option was for me to go to Coeur D'Alene Honda. Within minutes the Assistant Service Manager, Tim Rowe, took charge of the car. After two hours the car was ready. They had performed an engine test and had test-driven the car for 20 miles. No issue was found. The entire job including the engine test was free of charge. Tim Rowe and Sidney, the dealership shuttle driver, are wonderful people. Tim very attentive, competent and friendly. Sidney, attentive and kind. Five stars to Coeur D'Alene Honda! Terrible customer service and problem solving, We brought in our Odyssey that they had told us was fixed six months ago with an alignment change that they didn't charge us because they recognized i We brought in our Odyssey that they had told us was fixed six months ago with an alignment change that they didn't charge us because they recognized it was their fault. When we brought it back six months later with the alignment so bad that it was causing baldness on our tires, they just turned it around on us and said we must have hit a pothole or something. There was never an effort to offer a deal, take care of tires etc. Definitely not a place I will ever go again and not recommend anyone to do so either. The one thing I can say is they were polite when talking to us. More
