I test drove a few and was trying to work a trade-in deal at Cd'A Honda but the numbers were not working for me. They suggested I consider a lease. I didn't know much about leases so I after receiving some information from Terry along with the numbers I went home did some research and came to the conclusion that it just made sense. My objective was to buy a used car and I was able to drive off of the lot with a brand new car and no payments for 36 months. I am still in shock! (Although I do miss my other vehicle). More

Matt Frament went above and beyond! We bought a used Prius from Coeur D’Alene Honda in November of 2014. We live about 400 miles away from the dealership. I had been searching nationally for the right price, color, year, miles and options. The dealership was very competitively priced for the exact Prius we were looking for. We dealt with salesperson Matt Frament and purchased the car sight unseen. Matt was extremely helpful during the process. He answered all my questions with great detail about the condition of the vehicle and even uploaded a video to YouTube showcasing any imperfections in the paint so there wouldn’t be any surprises upon delivery. The day after Thanksgiving Matt picked up my partner at the Spokane airport around 8AM and brought him to the dealership in Coeur D’Alene. The paperwork was completed quickly and there were zero surprises with the vehicle. About 3.5 months later we’ve put 7,000 miles on the vehicle and are very happy with the purchase and experience.
