After 273,000+ miles on our 2013 Honda CRV, we knew it was time for a n D’Alene Honda As mobile veterinarians, we spend lots of miles on the road. After 273,000+ miles on our 2013 Honda CRV, we knew it was time for a new car even though we loved our faithful buggy and hated to put her to pasture. Two days after Christmas, we decided to start the somewhat dreaded car search; it helped that we knew we wanted another Honda CRV. Our first stop happened to be at family-owned Coeur D’Alene Honda where we were greeted by Salesman Marcus Rodriguez, who flashed a beautiful white smile then asked how he could help us. We told him we were looking for a new Honda CRV and that we had driven a few different models previously that didn’t quite meet what we wanted. I was thrilled when he pointed us to a pearlescent white 2024 Honda CRV EX-L, AWD. From the moment my husband first drove the car, I knew immediately this was the car for me. Marcus put both of us at ease with his relaxed, confidant and cheerful attitude. We barraged him with questions, which he answered with obvious expertise. But the best was when I drove the car. I wanted a quiet-driving car with a great sound system, Marcus asked me what song made me happy. We played Ed Sheeran’s Bad Habits on the car's fabulous sound system and both sang to the music; Marcus has a great voice! It was the most fun moment and I was so happy. Marcus said he loved working at the Coeur D’Alene Honda dealership because the owners were great and so were his co-workers. A sentiment shared by the Finance Manager Johnathan Loudenslager, which meant we were signing on the “dotted line” after some negotiating with Sales Manager Chet. That night we drove home a brand-new car that was just what we both wanted.
