My wife and I just purchased a new Honda 2025 CR-V Sport Touring Hybrid from CDA Honda. This dealership has a professional and competent staff in ALL departments that are committed to providing an exceptional customer experience all around. We also met with members of their Service Team who were pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful in assisting with any questions. It was an absolute pleasure to meet and work with all of them. I had a great experience buying my new 2024 Honda Civic hatchback-sport-touring. Chez, she help me factory order my dream car. Upon arrival of my order she took me out for a spin and she taught me how to use all the cool functions on my electronic dashboard screen. Sales person greeted us at the door, very friendly and personable. We were looking for a Passport EX-L but none were on the lot. Marcus Rodriquez showed us the Trail Sport and we were able to test drive o personable. We were looking for a Passport EX-L but none were on the lot. Marcus Rodriquez showed us the Trail Sport and we were able to test drive one of those. He was very helpful showing many features. He is very knowledgeable and helpful and he and a manager worked to obtain the vehicle I wanted. Marcus kept us informed on where the vehicle was and when to expect arrival and even sent a picture via text when it arrived. He went through many features and helped us with settings when it was ready for pickup. He is available by phone anytime with questions. We would rate him with a top 5 star rating. More
